I finally have my own kitchen!!!!!!!!!!
also, plans have changed - I enrolled in a culinary school at the beginning of this month, in a Baking & Pastry program. so, pretty soon the internet will no longer be my only source of baking knowledge. =)
The best thing is that both of these things are quite conducive to me posting on this blog more. Haha.

Absolute Black Galaxy Granite??
I tried doing the thai doughnuts but for some reason they came out REALLY hard after i took it out from the deep fry! :( It was golden brown, but extremely hard, not soft like I'm used to here in miami... did i leave them in there too long?!?
